Operations and Human Resources Manager

Overview of Position

Compensation: $38-40/hour; 21 hours per week

On-Site: 2.5 days a week

The Operations and Human Resources Manager will be primarily responsible for all human resource needs, maintaining infrastructure oversight and office management, including technology. This position will report to the Director of Finance and Administration.

Specific Responsibilities

The position includes the following:

Human Resources 

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a diverse talent pool and effective onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Liaison for PEO provider relationship
  • Management of onboard/exit including orientation and compliance
  • Development of manuals and update as necessary.

Technology and Database Management 

  • Liaison for Salesforce (CRM)
  • Liaison for maintenance of organizational technology equipment and staff’s requests
  • Technology management support including liaison with 3rd party vendors for technology support, website maintenance, and software/applications

Facilities/Operations/General Organization 

  • Liaison for insurance communications and for program/grant insurance compliance
  • Assist in the maintenance of the office space, equipment and utilities.
  • Oversight of all programs, administrative, and office purchases
  • Liaison for Rebuilding Together National communications and annual reporting 

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required. 
  • Detail oriented and organized, with strong ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Verifiable experience in operations and human resource management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience 
  • Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Extensive computer skills, including intermediate or higher-level proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with electronic databases.
  • Must be mission-driven with a strong interest in improving social good.
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational, managerial, and project management skills.
  • Experience working for a nonprofit organization a plus.
  • Driver's License a plus
  • Commitment to professional ethics in working with confidential, sensitive information.
