Eric DeSimone is the Chief Executive Officer of SavCon. As such, he strategizes, leads, grows, and directs all business functions for SavCon. Eric has a diverse background with experience encompassing multiple disciplines within the real estate and construction industries. He has managed both small- and large-scale development and construction projects, successfully completing over $750 million of development both nationally and in NYC.
Prior to starting SavCon, Eric was the Director of Construction for Savanna’s Project Management department, where he was responsible for managing the execution of development and construction projects within Savanna’s portfolio. His previous work experience also includes his tenure as Senior Project Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle, managing various Manhattan projects.
Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle’s PDS Account, he also served in a similar role on CBRE’s Bank of America Account, and as a Project Executive at a Miami-based commercial development and construction company. Eric DeSimone is a PMP Certified Project Manager and CMAA Certified Construction Manager with an MS in Construction Executive Management from New York University and a BA in Business Management from Pace University.
Laura Jackson is Senior Vice President, Tax Director at SL Green Realty Corp. She has over 21 years of experience in the REIT and partnership areas of real estate taxation including due diligence, deal structuring, REIT compliance, domestic and international tax compliance and like kind exchanges.
Prior to joining SL Green Realty Corp., Ms. Jackson was a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting where she spent almost 20 years serving real estate clients such as funds, REITs and family offices. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Jackson worked in taxation at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte with a primary client focus on the lodging/gaming, banking and retail industries.
Ms. Jackson serves as President on the board of Rebuilding Together NYC, a non-profit organization for safe and healthy housing. She also founded the She Builds initiative, which empowers prominent women in real estate to give back to the communities they serve. Ms. Jackson has extensive experience promoting DEI initiatives from serving as a Diversity Ambassador for FTI Consulting’s Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging initiative, as well as FTI WIN, FTI Consulting’s women’s initiative. In 2018, Ms. Jackson won the New Jersey State Governor’s Jefferson award honoring her charitable endeavors.
When not working and volunteering, Ms. Jackson enjoys spending time with family including her twin daughters, Jade and Cory, her boyfriend, James, and their two chocolate labrador retrievers, Fudgie and Cocoa.

He is on a mission to revolutionize the industry and share his formula for success with others. He is the author of three books: Sell It Like Serhant, Big Money Energy, and Brand It Like Serhant.
Ryan currently resides in Brooklyn with his wife, Emilia, and their daughter, Zena.
