Rebuilding Together NYC’s Workforce Development Program’s “Careers in Construction” is a comprehensive six-week pre-apprenticeship program that provides training and certifications to NYC residents seeking careers in the construction industry.
These careers provide a structured pathway into the middle class along with economic independence.
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Building Trades Math Instructor located in Brooklyn, NY. The Building Trades Math Instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering curriculum in basic and applied mathematics tailored to the needs of students pursuing careers in the building trades. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, conducting classes, assessing student progress, and providing individualized support to enhance learning outcomes. The instructor will also be responsible for creating and grading assignments and exams, and maintaining records of student performance.
