She Builds is a committee of Rebuilding Together NYC (RTNYC), established in 2016 by co-chairs Laura Jackson and Laurie Grasso.

The committee is comprised of a select group of women in commercial real estate who come together to produce RTNYC’s annual She Builds Day in support of RTNYC’s mission of revitalizing communities.
She Builds Day events include:
- Building and refurbishing community gardens
- Beautifying outdoor spaces
- Painting classrooms and murals
- Creating functional community spaces for under-resourced families
